Claude for In-House Legal: A 30-Day Pilot

Client

The legal team at an AI-driven data and risk intelligence company, sponsored by the CLO.

Challenge

The team had Claude and Gemini but no shared way of using them. Each lawyer worked differently, and none of it was tied to the team's real contract work.

Approach

A 30-day pilot. TuckHaus started with discovery and an AI work audit to map where lawyer time actually went. We then built Claude Projects, Skills and Gemini Gems around those workflows, including a customer-contract redline workflow in Claude for Word. Every session taught our GCSE prompting framework (Goal, Context, Source, Expectations), so the team can build the next tools themselves.

Technology

  • Claude
  • Claude for Word
  • Gemini

Outcome

In 30 days the team moved from ad hoc prompting to a set of working tools built on their own contracts, plus a repeatable method for adding more.
