Ironclad Consulting for Modern Legal Teams

Greenfield Ironclad Implementations
A new Ironclad implementation starts with how your team contracts today: who requests agreements, who reviews them, and which approvals are required. We document that before building a workflow.
We then build workflows, launch forms, templates, approval routing and metadata, and connect Salesforce, DocuSign, procurement tools and Slack where they apply. The people who will use the system run UAT before launch, and we train each audience separately.
Optimizing an Existing Ironclad Instance
An Ironclad environment can be live and still underperform. Workflows accumulate exceptions, launch forms grow fields nobody uses, and reports stop matching how the business asks questions.
We review each workflow against how it is used, then simplify routing, clean up forms and metadata, and fix integrations that break or duplicate work.
This is the same approach we take across contract platforms. See our CLM consulting and implementation work.
Recovering a Stalled Implementation
When an implementation stops, we start with triage: what is configured, what is used, and where work stops moving. That separates the parts worth keeping from the parts to rebuild.
We then fix the broken pieces, retest them with the people who will use them, and relaunch with training and a clear reason for legal and the business to come back to the system.
How Engagements Work
Every engagement runs on the same five-phase model — Learn, Build, UAT, Launch, Improve — so you know what happens when and what you get at each step. See the methodology.
Ironclad work usually maps to one of these offers. If you are not sure which fits, an audit sorts it out first.
