New SpotDraft Implementations
A SpotDraft implementation starts with how your team contracts today. At kickoff we map contract types, who requests them, who reviews them and where approvals sit. That map drives the build.
We then configure intake, templates, approval logic, metadata and the repository, and connect the tools your business already runs on. Before go-live, the people who will use the system run scripted test cases. We fix what UAT finds, train each audience, and stay through the first live contracts.
Improving an Existing SpotDraft Instance
If SpotDraft is live but underused, the cause is usually specific: intake nobody completes, templates that drifted, approvals that stall, or metadata too inconsistent to report on.
We review what is configured against what is used, then fix the pieces that are broken. You keep the work that is sound and rebuild only what needs it.
